This page explains what happens to the personal data you send through the contact form on this website.
Who is responsible
KriSoft s.r.o., Užhorodská 1038/31, 040 11 Košice – Juh, Company ID (IČO) 55938094, is the controller of your personal data.
What data, and why
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, e-mail address, the topic you choose and your message. I use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to a project, to prepare and perform a contract. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Who processes it
Messages are delivered to my mailbox by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which may process the data outside the European Union. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard technical server logs.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and at most two years — unless they lead to a contract, in which case they are kept for as long as the law requires for business records.
No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from this website only.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk). To exercise your rights, use the contact form or write to the address above.
